FixD started in 2008 around a single frustration: why did recovering a deleted Outlook archive require a technician, a week and a tall bill? Yes. All FixD desktop tools process your files locally on your computer and do not require an active internet connection. We only check for product updates and license validation, both of which can be configured for offline use if your environment requires it.
FixD tools officially support Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Windows 11 in both 32-bit and 64-bit variants. Server variants from Windows Server 2008 R2 through Windows Server 2022 are supported for business licenses.
Every paid product ships with a free demo that performs the full scan or conversion so you can preview exactly what will be recovered or migrated. You only pay once you have confirmed FixD can solve your problem.
Recovery and conversion happen entirely on your machine. FixD engines open source files in read-only mode, which means your original disks, mailboxes and documents are never modified. Output is written to a folder you choose.
